2. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and AI-driven frameworks provided by SG Digital Business Development remain the intellectual property of the agency. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary access to platforms required to execute the services. Delays in providing such inputs may impact project timelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize advanced AI tools to drive growth, SG Digital Business Development does not guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on various external factors, including search engine algorithms and market competition. We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: All services provided by SG Digital Business Development require a mandatory 50% advance payment before the project commences. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared within 10 days of project completion or milestone delivery.
No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of AI-driven digital marketing and development services, where resources, tools, and technical efforts are allocated immediately upon project kickoff, all payments made are strictly non-refundable.
Project Termination: In the event of a project cancellation by the client, the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited to cover administrative costs and resource allocation. No further liability shall exist for either party upon formal notice of termination.
